GlowMedix Delivery Policy

At GlowMedix, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered quickly, safely, and efficiently. We offer two delivery options to suit your needs:

1. Normal Delivery (3–5 Working Days)

  • Our standard delivery option ensures your order arrives within 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • This option is ideal for customers who are not in urgent need of their items and prefer a cost-effective shipping method.

2. Express Delivery (Up to 2 Working Days)

  • For faster service, choose our Express Delivery option.

  • Orders will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days from dispatch.

  • Express orders placed before our cut-off time (e.g., 2 PM) will be processed the same day.

  • Available for eligible locations and subject to courier availability.

 

GlowMedix Hair Return Policy

We want you to love your GlowMedix hair products! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on hair products under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair that has been worn, altered, or tampered with in any way.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@glowmedix.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will respond within 1-2 working days with return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving your return.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a GlowMedix error (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).

Exchanges

Need a different length, texture, or product? We’re happy to offer exchanges if the original item meets our return criteria.
